EVENT OVERVIEW

The 1st World Open Taekwondo Championship 2026 is a premier international taekwondo event hosted in Hyderabad, India. Athletes from 50+ countries will compete across multiple categories over three action-packed days at the G.M.C. Balayogi Indoor Stadium, Gachibowli.

Open to all age groups: Pee-Wee, Sub-Juniors, Cadet, Juniors, Seniors, Masters, and Veterans

Age: 5-7 Years (2019, 2020, 2021)

Age: 8-10 Years (2016, 2017, 2018)

Sub-Junior

Age: 11-13 Years (2013, 2014, 2015)

Cadet

Age: 14-15 Years (2011, 2012)

Junior

Age: 16-17 Years (2010, 2009)

Senior

Age: 17-30 Years (2010-1996)

Masters & Veterans

Age: Open to all experienced athletes
